CHEATING HUMANITY BY USING/BY HIDING BEHIND GOD’S HOLY NAME - 4

HOW DOES THE QUR'AN EXPLAIN DECEPTION AND BEING DECEIVED?

In order to meet the concepts of "BEING DECEIVED" (ALDANMAK) and "DECEIVING" (ALDATMAK), nouns and verbs derived from the roots of 'gharur - غَرُورٌ' and 'ghirre - غِرَّةٌ' are used in the Qur'an.

Gharur and ghirre are defined as "SUCCUMBING TO HEEDLESSNESS WHILE BEING AWAKE / CONSCIOUS." (see Raghib al-Isfahani; al-Mufradat li Gharib al-Qur'an, under the root ghurur.)

This word, which is written as "gurur in Turkish" with the letter 'g', is used for "everything that deceives human beings originating from wealth, fame, lust, and Satan."

It is mostly used for "THE DECEPTION OF SATAN."

Because THE MOST DETESTABLE OF DECEIVERS IS SATAN.

To a lesser degree, it is used for THE WORLD AND WHAT IS IN IT.

The 4th and the LAST LEGITIMATE CALIPH Hazrat Ali says: 'The world deceives, harms, and passes away.'

Coming from the same root, gharar - غَرَرٌ means danger.

In the Bedouin Arab lifestyle and culture; the deception of the owner/caretaker by a camel that is expected to give a lot of milk but gives little milk is also called ghurur." (Raghib, same entry.)

The DECEPTIONS and ILLUSIONS (BEING DECEIVED) specified in the Qur'an can be listed as follows:

1- Deception-being deceived with gilded-adorned words. (Al-An'am 112)

2- Deception-being deceived by establishing dominance and traveling around the lands. (Ali 'Imran 196; Ghafir 4)

3- Deception-being deceived with fabrications and slanders introduced into the religion. (Ali 'Imran 24; Al-Anfal 49)

4- Deception-being deceived with superstitions, fabrications, and recitations without knowing the meaning. (Al-Hadid 14)

5- Deception-being deceived with a miserable and vile life. (Ali 'Imran 185; Al-An'am 70 and 130; Al-A'raf 51; Luqman 33; Fatir 5; Al-Hadid 20)

6- DECEPTION-BEING DECEIVED WITH GOD (ALLAH). (Luqman 33; Fatir 5; Al-Hadid 14).

The two most dangerous types of DECEPTION are these:

1- The deception in which the blessings of the world are used as tools.

2- The deception in which God is used as a tool.

The most destructive of the deception and illusion displayed by using a tool is this 'DECEIVING WITH GOD'.

The Qur'an warns ALL OF HUMANITY as follows: "Let not the deceiver deceive you by God!" (Luqman 33; Fatir 5; Al-Hadid 14).

TAKING THIS TYPE OF DECEPTION INTO CONSIDERATION, WE CAN SAY THAT; THROUGHOUT WORLD HISTORY, THE "MOST AGONIZING" CRISES HUMANITY HAS BEEN SUBJECTED TO ARE THE CRISES STEMMING FROM "THE DECEPTIONS IN WHICH GOD IS USED AS A TOOL".

The most poisonous oppressions are born from this deception by using the name of GOD. 

The most permanent and destructive ruins are the ruins brought into existence by this deception of GOD and the SACRED. 

History is witness to this.

Taking this fact into consideration, we can say this:

DECEIVING WITH GOD cannot be overcome by any concession or compromise.

Such a deception is, so to speak, an immortal plague.

Because it uses THE IMMORTAL ONE (GOD) as a tool.

The damages of other deceptions end sooner or later and in one way or another.

Because neither themselves nor their tools are immortal.
